what you need

Take 1 Tbsp. oil, 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice and 1 cup water and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options vegetable/fruit choices flavour possibilities
boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 sliced red pepper; 1 sliced medium zucchini; 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
boneless beef sirloin 2 cups cut-up green beans, 1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained; 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
pork tenderloin 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets, 2 apples, coarsely chopped; 1/2 cup sliced onions 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
meatless 1 cup each chopped carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and red onion 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing, 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Just follow our 3 simple steps:

CUT 1 lb. meat into thin strips. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min. or until meat is cooked through. Add vegetable/fruit; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until crisp.

STIR in flavour; cook 1 min.

ADD rice and water. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

Shortcut
Partially freeze meat (20 min.) to make slicing easier. Look for pre-cut stir fry chicken or steak strips at the grocery store on your next visit.
