BROWN ground beef (one pound should do it for four) in a large non-stick frypan.
STIR in 2 cups each water and instant white rice and a package of taco seasoning mix; bring to a boil.
SPRINKLE with Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese; let stand 5 minutes.
TOP with tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, diced peppers, corn and other toppings.
