MIX 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing with 1-2 Tbsp. curry powder. Pour over meat (a pound for 4) and marinate 10 minutes.
COOK marinated meat, a handful each chopped celery, green onions and carrots until brown. Pour in 1 can (10 oz) broth then measure 1 can instant white rice, bring to boil.
REMOVE from heat, stir in a handful add-ins, a handful nuts (peanuts, cashews, toasted almonds or sunflower seeds) and seasoning. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
