what you need

Take a little oil, 2 cups instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options liquid choices add-in possibilities
boneless pork loin 1 can (10 oz) each chicken broth and 1 can water chopped snow peas, grated carrot and a spoonful each ginger, garlic and soy sauce
chicken thighs 1 can each chicken broth and 1 can water sliced green onion, red pepper, a spoonful Kraft Peanut Butter, and juice and rind of 1 lime
ground beef 1 can each beef broth and 1 can water Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns, a few handfuls chopped spinach, a chopped tomato and a spoonful oregano
shrimp 2 1/2 cups grapefruit juice a few handfuls each chopped asparagus, carrots and grapefruit sections and a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK meat (a pound for 4) in a little oil in a large covered frypan for about 10 minutes - longer for chicken, less for shrimp.

ADD liquid and 2 cups instant white rice. Bring to boil.

STIR IN add-ins, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
