what you need

Take a little oil, 2 cups instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options liquid choices add-in possibilities
1/2 lb. each chicken, sausage & shrimp 1 can (10 oz) each chicken broth and 1 can water a handful each chopped red pepper, peas and green olives and a spoonful each paprika and garlic powder
1 lb. chicken breast 1 can (10 oz) each chicken broth and 1 can water Oriental frozen vegetables and a spoonful each soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic and sesame seeds
1 lb. ground beef 1 can (680 mL) each pasta sauce and 1 can water Kraft Grated Parmesan and a few handfuls chopped peppers
4 pork chops 1 can (10 oz) each cream of mushroom soup and 1 can water a few handfuls each chopped mushrooms, onions and peppers

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK meat in a little oil in a large covered frypan for about 10 minutes - longer for chicken, less for sausage or shirmp.

ADD liquid and 2 cups instant white rice. Bring to boil.

STIR IN add-ins, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
