I have a large family, so I doubled the recipe. I did find I was adding extra water along the way, keeping in mind we will have leftovers. I only had 1 cup of salsa, so I added a tin of tomatoes. I added onions, green peppers, fresh mushrooms, and grated cheese. Fresh garlic, italian herbs, and a splash of hot sause, chili powder. After I cooked it, I transfered it over to a casserole dish and topped it with more cheese and green onions. Very delicious.
