What You Need

24 Ritz Entertaining Selections Buttercrisp Crackers
24 thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast (about 240 g)
3 small plum tomatoes, cut into 8 thin slices each
24 slices Cracker Barrel Cracker Cuts Old Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Place crackers on baking sheet; top with 1 slice each turkey, tomato and cheese.

BAKE 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt; top with mustard.

Place eight topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
