Total Time:
1 hr 20 min
Makes:
2
3 Tbsp. KRAFT SIGNATURE Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
1/2 lb.  (225 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup  whole wheat couscous, uncooked
1/2 cup sliced onions
1   navel orange, peeled, sectioned
1 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans

ADD 1 Tbsp. of the dressing to meat in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly disperse dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.

POUR boiling water over couscous in small bowl; stir. Cover. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing and the onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add meat; cook 3 min. on each side or until cooked through. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing and the oranges; cook an additional minute, stirring occasionally.

FLUFF couscous with fork. Add pecans; mix lightly. Serve with the meat mixture.
