What You Need

3 Tbsp. KraftMandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup whole wheat couscous, uncooked
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned
1 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans

Make It

DRIZZLE 1 Tbsp. dressing over meat in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

POUR boiling water over couscous in small bowl; stir. Cover. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Add meat to onions; cook 6 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining dressing and oranges; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.

FLUFF couscous with fork. Add nuts; mix lightly. Serve with meat mixture.

Special Extra
For added colour and flavour, add 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions to the couscous along with the nuts.
How to Section an Orange
Cut off both ends of orange with paring knife. Cut off peel and white membranes; discard. Cut on both sides of each membrane to remove orange sections.
