What You Need

4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 apple, halved, cored, sliced
1 pear, halved, cored, sliced
1/4 cup slivered red onions
1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Old Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped toasted walnuts
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.

ADD dressing; toss to coat.

SERVE immediately.

Note
For best colour and flavour, prepare using a tart red apple and sweet green pear.
Variation
Substitute peppery baby arugula for the spinach and/or toasted pecans for the walnuts.
