what you need

1 pkg. (400g) frozen whitefish (Do not thaw.)
1 env. Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
1 pkg. (500 g) frozen potato wedges

make it

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Lightly moisten block of frozen fish with water. Add to shaker bag with coating mix; close bag and shake until evenly coated.

PLACE on ungreased baking sheet; surround with potatoes.

BAKE 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Note
Any mild-flavoured white fish will produce tasty results. Try blue fish, cod, halibut or haddock.
