HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat.
MIX chicken, cracker crumbs, shredded cheese, seasonings and egg until well blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
GRILL 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Kraft Singles for the last minute.
FILL buns with lettuce, kabab patties, onions and tomatoes.
