What You Need

1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
2 tsp. lemon juice
10 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX Miracle Whip, cheese and pepper until well blended.

PLACE fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Top with Miracle Whip mixture; spread to evenly cover fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Special Extra
Garnish with 1/4 tsp. dill weed just before serving.
Food Facts
The end pieces of whole salmon fillets have more flavour than the thicker centre-cut fillets. Ask your fish retailer to skin the thinner end fillets if possible.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with your favourite hot steamed vegetable and whole grain rolls.
