1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed chicken broth
1 cup  orzo pasta, uncooked
2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions and/or red peppers
1/3 cup  KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

COMBINE 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed chicken broth, 1 cup uncooked Orzo Pasta and 1/3 cup water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 7 minutes.

STIR in 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions and red peppers. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

STIR in 1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan.

" This turned out great! I made it and then added chicken peices and used the mixture to stuff green peppers! The only thing was that the Orzo really stuck to the pan when boiling, so I had to turn it down really low and adjust the cooking time!"
