What You Need

2 cups coarsely chopped Italian parsley
2 cups snow peas, blanched, halved
2 cups matchlike carrot sticks
12 small radishes, thinly sliced
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
Zest and juice from 1 lime
2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Make It

COMBINE parsley and vegetables in large bowl.

MIX remaining ingredients; drizzle over salad.

How to Blanch Fresh Snow Peas
To blanch the snow peas, add them to a pot of boiling water; cook, uncovered, 2 min. Drain, then immediately plunge the snow peas into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. When completely cool, drain the snow peas, then pat dry.
