What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) parsnips
4 carrots (1/2 lb./225 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

CUT vegetables into matchlike sticks; place in large bowl.

ADD dressing, garlic and thyme; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring after 10 min. Sprinkle with cheese.

Special Extra
Mix 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing and 2 tsp. prepared horseradish. Serve with the "frites."
