What You Need

3 cups uncooked penne pasta Lisce or Rigate
1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
1 pkg (250 g) pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup tomato juice
3 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken

Make It

COOK pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during final minutes of cooking; drain.

COMBINE cream cheese, juice, onions, basil & garlic in large frypan over medium heat, stirring until smooth; stir in tomatoes & chicken. Toss with pasta & broccoli; serve immediately.

TIP
To cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts, place in pan of simmering water & cook for 15-20 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
