what you need

8 slices whole wheat, white or cinnamon raisin bread
1/4 cup Kraft Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2-1/2 cups honey-flavored multi-grain cereal flakes with oat clusters, crushed
2 cups cut-up assorted fresh fruit, such as strawberries and bananas
1 Tbsp. sifted icing sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Grease baking sheet lightly; set aside. Spread each of 4 of the bread slices with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter and about 2 tsp. of the jam. Cover with remaining bread slices to make four sandwiches.

BEAT eggs and milk with wire whisk until well blended; set aside. Place crushed cereal in pie plate. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, then in cereal, turning to evenly coat both sides of each sandwich and gently pressing cereal mixture into sandwiches to secure. Place on prepared baking sheet.

BAKE 20 min. or until golden brown. Cut sandwiches diagonally in half; place two halves on each serving plate. Top with fruit; sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with syrup.
