PROCESS flour, butter and cream cheese spread in food processor until well blended. Shape into ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
HEAT oven to 400°F. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 7-inch circle. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
MIX 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in large bowl. Add fruit; toss to coat. Spoon onto pastry to within 2 inches of edge; fold edge of pastry over fruit. Brush pastry with milk; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 30 min. or until pastry is golden brown.
MICROWAVE jam on HIGH 40 sec. or just until warmed; drizzle over fruit.
