Peanut Butter Granola

What You Need

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 pkg. (170 g) Back to Nature Trail Mix - Raisins, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Pecans and Apricots

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MICROWAVE butter and peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until both are completely melted; stir until well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in oats; spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan.

BAKE 20 min., stirring every 5 min. Cool.

ADD trail mix; mix lightly.

Serving Suggestion
Spoon each serving over 1/2 cup each plain low-fat yogurt and mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and sliced strawberries).
How to Store
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 month.
