I made this recipe with Oreo crumbs instead of graham cracker crumbs, Baker's semi-sweet chocolate instead of white and vanilla ice cream. The chocolate peanut butter was easy to work with. I took it to a family supper where people told me it tasted like an expensive dessert. I made it Saturday night and kept it in the freezer until Sunday afternoon. Taking it out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving made it easier to cut.
