Peanut Butter 'n Banana French Toast recipe

What You Need

1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. honey
4 eggs, beaten
8 slices whole wheat bread
2 small banana, sliced

Make It

COMBINE in a medium microwaveable bowl peanut butter, milk and honey. Microwave on HIGH for 30-45 sec., whisking until smooth. Mix in eggs.

DIP bread slices in egg mixture to coat and place in a greased 9-inch. round pie plate or square glass baking dish, fitting snugly to cover base of dish. Scatter bananas over bread. Repeat with another layer of dipped bread.

CHILL at least 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 min., or until golden and set.

CUT into wedges and serve warm with a sprinkling of cinnamon or honey drizzled over top.
