boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced mixed cut green beans and sliced fresh carrots 1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth, dash Italian seasoning
fish fillets, cut into bite-size pieces mixed sliced fresh carrots and zucchini 1/4 cup water, 1 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
ham, chopped mixed pineapple tidbits in juice and green pepper strips 1/3 cup pineapple juice
meatless mixed sliced fresh mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and red pepper strips 1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium vegetable broth

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Fold one long piece of foil in half lengthwise. Double fold the two opposite sides to make a parcel.

SPOON rice, 113 g (1/4 lb.) meat, 1/2 cup vegetables and the sauce into parcel. Fold foil at top of parcel to seal, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on baking sheet.

BAKE 15 min. or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Assemble parcel up to 8 hours ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake. When ready to serve, bake as directed.

" I have made this recipe with different types of fish many times. Asian sesame, sun-dried tomatoe, or roasted red pepper dressings are all amazing. Also I like to use a variety of veggies. We usually cook the packets on indirect heat on the barbeque. Delicious!! "
