PHILLY-3-Step Cappuccino Cheesecake recipe

What You Need

2 pkg (250 g) each Regular or Light Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast granules
1 Tbsp. water
1 (9 inch) crust, made with Oreo Baking Crumbs, prepare according to package directions
Chocolate covered almonds (optional)

Make It

MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended. Combine coffee and water; stir into cheese mixture.

POUR into crumb crust.

BAKE at 350°F for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate dipped almonds, if desired.

For springform pan recipe, increase coffee to 1 1/2 Tbsp.
