what you need

2 pkgs (250 g each) Regular or Light Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9-inch)
1 can (19 oz/540 mL) cherry pie filling

make it

MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE at 350°F for 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
