MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
POUR half of the batter into crumb crust. Sprinkle with cookie pieces. Pour on remaining batter.
BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
