MIX 4 pkg. (250 g each) Regular or Light softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese and 1 cup sugar in mixer until smooth. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
POUR half the batter into a Oreo Baking Crumb Crust (double ingredient list and follow recipe according to package directions). Press into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Break up 12 Oreo Sandwich Cookies; sprinkle over top. Pour on remaining batter.
BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Heat 1/2 cup whipping cream and 6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate over low heat. Pour over chilled cheesecake. Garnish with additional cookie pieces, if desired.
