PREHEAT oven to 300°F. Mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well blended; set aside.
UNROLL dough on lightly floured surface. Separate into two 7x3-1/2-inch rectangles. Place, side-by-side, on nonstick baking sheet. Firmly press seams and perforations together to seal; brush with half of the butter mixture. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and onions; top with turkey. Starting at one of the short ends, roll up reach rectangle to form log. Pinch seams and ends together to seal. Position logs lengthwise, seam-sides down, in centre of baking sheet. Brush with remaining butter mixture.
BAKE 25 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 min. Cut each log into six slices. Serve with the marinara sauce.
