what you need

4 mushrooms, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 of a red pepper, grated
1/2 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
8 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

make it

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Combine mushrooms, carrot, red pepper and cheese in large bowl. Pull away skin from drumsticks to form a pocket. Divide filling evenly; spoon into each pocket. Secure with toothpicks.

COAT chicken pieces in coating mix. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.

BAKE 40 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Remove toothpicks.
