What You Need

1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g)
1 can (10 fl oz./284 mL) low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.

MEANWHILE, heat large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Mix soup, onions and thyme; spoon over chops. Top with prepared stuffing; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 20 to 30 min. or until chops are cooked through (160°F).

Note
If skillet handle is not heat resistant, wrap it with several layers of foil before placing in oven.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot steamed broccoli.
