What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Apricot Jam
4 bone-in pork loin centre chops (1 lb./450 g)
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
1-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat.

WHISK dressing and jam until well blended; brush 2 Tbsp. onto chops. Let stand 10 min.

MEANWHILE, place rice in centre of sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with beans. Bring up foil sides to form a bowl. Gradually pour broth and remaining dressing mixture over beans. Double fold top and ends to make packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

PLACE chops and foil packet on barbecue grate. Grill 20 min. or until chops are done (160ºF) and most of the liquid in foil packet is absorbed, removing packet from barbecue after 15 min.

kraft kitchens tips

Make Ahead
Pork chops can be brushed with dressing mixture and refrigerated overnight before grilling as directed.
Cooking Know-How
To ensure your pork is done but not overcooked, grill until just a hint of pink remains (160°F). Transfer to plate, cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Use Your Barbecue
For a restaurant touch, add grill marks to your grilled meat. Just place the food diagonally across the hot oiled barbecue grates and cook until meat is done. For a special touch, rotate the food a quarter turn halfway through the grilling time on each side to create criss-crossed grill marks.
