Pork Lettuce Wraps with Warm Peanut Sauce recipe

What You Need

1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. ground ginger, divided
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Pork Coating Mix
4 boneless pork loin chops (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 Tbsp. each: water, honey and soy sauce
12 large lettuce leaves
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Add sesame seed and 1/2 tsp. of the ginger to coating mix in shaker bag. Add chops, in batches; close bag and shake gently to evenly coat chops with the coating mixture. Place in single layer in shallow baking dish.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until cooked through (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, Miracle Whip, water, honey, soy sauce and remaining 1/2 tsp. ginger in small saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

POUR peanut sauce into small bowl; place in centre of large platter. Cut chops into thin slices. Arrange on platter along with the lettuce, carrots and onions. Spoon meat, carrots and onions onto lettuce leaves just before serving; roll up. Serve with the peanut sauce.
