Without a doubt a real winner and yet so simple and easy to make, very versatile for any meat, I used chicken. I used fresh veggies, snow peas, red and yellow peppers, broccoli florets, mushrooms, sprinkled some hot flakes, topped with toasted cashews. Doubled the sauce and peanut butter, but cut back on the soya. Also used eggless noodles. A keeper for sure!
