Pork & Stuffing Supper

What You Need

4 pork loin centre steaks, boneless, 1/2-inch thick, well trimmed (1 lb./450 g)
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Catalina Dressing
3 large carrots, thinly sliced (1-1/2 cups)
2 large red apples, unpeeled, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

COAT steaks with mustard. Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add steaks; cook 6 min. on each side or until browned and juices run clear. Remove from skillet; set aside.

ADD 1-1/2 cups water, dressing and carrots to skillet. Cook 8 to10 min. or until carrots are tender; adding the apples in the last two min. Stir in stuffing mix.

RETURN steaks to skillet; cover. Turn off heat. Let stand 5 min.
