COAT steaks with mustard. Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add steaks; cook 6 min. on each side or until browned and juices run clear. Remove from skillet; set aside.
ADD 1-1/2 cups water, dressing and carrots to skillet. Cook 8 to10 min. or until carrots are tender; adding the apples in the last two min. Stir in stuffing mix.
RETURN steaks to skillet; cover. Turn off heat. Let stand 5 min.
