What You Need

125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Kraft Old Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Port wine
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

UNWRAP cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika. Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple. Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.

Ported Cheese Pear
Prepare as directed, shaping cheese mixture into pear shape instead of the apple shape.
Serving Suggestion
Bring cheese ball to room temperature before serving with assorted Christie Crackers, apple and pear slices and/or grape clusters.
