Pudding-Chocolate Chunk Cookies

What You Need

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2-1/4 cups flour
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

BEAT first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in chopped chocolate.

DROP teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool 3 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

Variation
Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare dough as directed; spread into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with baking spray. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars. Makes 24 servings.
Special Extra
Bake and cool cookies as directed. Drizzle with melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
