  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Add pumpkin and spice; mix well. Stir in Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

    A really quick and easy dessert that is tasty and filling - at only 3 WW Points, a great Thanksgiving alternative for those who were trying to avoid the calories and fat of pumpkin pie.

    All I can say is WOW. This was so easy to make and so delicious. Like another reviewer, I also used this as a filling for a pie, putting it in a graham cracker crust. It was light and amazing and I will absolutely make this again...I'm thinking this will be good at Christmas as well!

    I used this mousse as the filling for a pie, by putting it into a baked graham wafer crust and topping with Cool Whip. It was delicious on it's own, and even better as a pie!
