What You Need

1/2 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BarBQ Sauce
1 orange
1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin

Make It

COMBINE Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce with peel and juice from orange. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over pork tenderloin. Place on grill over indirect medium heat.

GRILL, covered for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through, turning once during grilling. Move pork over direct medium heat for an additional 5 minutes. Brush with 1/3 of the remaining sauce mixture.

REMOVE pork from grill, cover with foil and let stand a few minutes before slicing. Brush with remaining sauce mixture and serve with asparagus and bean salad.

When basting poultry, meats or fish with a sauce during grilling, be sure to discard any remaining basting sauce after cooking. Serve grilled foods with fresh sauce to ensure that no bacteria from the raw meat contaminates the cooked meat.
Grill breads or tortillas brushed with Italian dressing for a great side dish. When marinating anything more than 30 minutes, always use the refrigerator.
