What You Need

1 cup dry white wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. (450 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan. Add Velveeta; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

ADD shredded cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted. Transfer to fondue pot or small slow cooker set on low heat.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with sliced apples, broccoli florets and French bread cubes.
Non-Alcoholic Version
Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken broth for the wine.
