What You Need

1 cup couscous, cooked
1   each: red onion and red pepper, cut in small sticks
1/3 cup each: chopped Italian parsley, raisins and toasted sliced almonds
1/2 cup  canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
1/4 cup  plain 2% yogurt
1 tsp. ground cumin
  Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Make It

COMBINE ingredients, pre-blending dressing, yogurt and seasonings; chill.

Cooking Know-How
To cook couscous, combine 1-1/2 cups boiling water with 1 cup couscous in medium bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min; fluff with fork. Cover and let stand 5 min.
