kraft kitchens tips

Cooking Know-How
Mexican mole sauce, a mixture of chilies, spices, fruit and unsweetened chocolate, is often served with chicken or pork. The chocolate adds depth to the flavour of the recipe. This simplified version has lots of flavour, just like the original, but with just a fraction of the ingredients.
Food Facts
Pork tenderloin is a lean cut that's a good to excellent source of B-vitamins.
