What You Need

2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie Wise Catalina Dressing
2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients.

HEAT medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add peanut butter mixture; cook and stir 1 min.

STIR in shrimp and garlic; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp are done. Top with cilantro.

Serve with hot cooked brown rice and green beans.
Shortcut
Substitute 1 Tbsp. bottled minced garlic for the minced fresh garlic.
