What You Need

1 pkg. (142 g) salad greens (about 6 cups)
1 can (284 mL) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup julienne-cut jicama
1/2 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Make It

TOSS greens with oranges and jicama in large bowl.

ADD dressing; mix lightly.

SPRINKLE with sesame seed. Serve immediately.

Food Facts
Jicama is a large, bulbous root vegetable with a thin brown skin and crunchy white flesh. Its sweet nutty flavour is good both raw and cooked. Store in a plastic bag in refrigerator until ready to cut up and use.
Substitute
Substitute chopped celery or half of a sliced onion for the cut-up jicama.
