What You Need

4 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1 can (284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
4-1/2 tsp. grated gingerroot
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
3 green onions, sliced

Make It

COMBINE first 3 ingredients in large bowl.

MIX Miracle Whip, ginger and sugar. Add to cabbage mixture; toss to coat.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with nuts and onions.

Substitute
Substitute 1 sectioned pink grapefruit for the mandarin oranges.

Salad can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
