COAT pork (2 lb centre cut pork loin roast) in 1 pkg SHAKE'N BAKE Pork Coating Mix using a large plastic bag. Place in roasting pan and roast at 400°F for 60 minutes to an internal temp of 170°F. Larger roasts may take a few minutes extra.
