COAT turkey (2 lb bone-in turkey breast) in 1 pkg Shake'N Bake Southern Fried Coating using a large plastic bag. Place in roasting pan and roast at 400°F for 60 minutes to an internal temp of 170°F. Cover turkey breast with foil for first 30 minutes of cooking time.
