What You Need

1 lb. (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
6 cups spring mix salad greens
2 cups fresh green beans, blanched (about 3/4 lb./375 g)
1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions (about 3 medium)

Make It

BRUSH chicken with 2 Tbsp of the dressing.

PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F); cut into strips.

PLACE salad greens on serving platter; top with the beans, tomatoes and chicken. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp dressing; sprinkle with cheese and onions.

Substitute baby spinach for spring mix.
How to Blanch Fresh Vegetables
Add the vegetables to a large pot of boiling water. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, then immediately plunge the vegetables into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When completely cool, drain and pat dry.
