MIX first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water until well blended; shape into 6 (3/4 inch-thick) patties.
HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until hot. Add patties; cook 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, remaining water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
DRAIN fat from skillet. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over patties. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 3 min. or until heated through.
