COMBINE meat, stuffing mix, onion, egg whites and 1 cup of the water until well blended. Shape into 6 (5-inch) patties.
HEAT large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 8 min. on each side or until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, remaining 1/3 cup water, the Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
DRAIN fat from skillet. Pour barbecue sauce mixture evenly over patties. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook an additional 5 to 8 min. or until heated through.
