What You Need

1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 jar (10 fl oz/284 mL) beef gravy
1/2 cup light sour cream

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients; shape into 6 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix gravy and sour cream.

POUR gravy over meat. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite KRAFT Dressing.
Special Extra
Add 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) drained sliced mushrooms to gravy before pouring over cooked meat.
