What You Need

8 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 1-inch squares
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 red pepper, chopped
2 cans (213 g each) salmon, drained, flaked
1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Light Shredded Cheese
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2-1/4 cups skim milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

SPREAD half the bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with layers of half each of the spinach, peppers, salmon and shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

BEAT next 5 ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Cover with foil. Refrigerate 4 hours.

HEAT oven to 375ºF. Bake strata, covered, 1 hour or until centre is set and top is lightly browned, uncovering after 30 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
