What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup water
1/2 pkg. (35 g) 40%-less-salt taco seasoning mix
1 cup refried beans, warmed
4 small tostada shells
1/2 cup shredded Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup light sour cream

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until no longer pink.

ADD water and seasoning mix; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

SPREAD beans onto tostada shells; top with layers of chicken mixture and remaining ingredients.

Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions before serving.
How to Make Your Own Tostada Shells
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of 4 small flour or corn tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.
